Love in Action Outreach is a non-profit, 501c3, community based organization located at 4501 Downman Road in eastern New Orleans. Our mission is to serve and administer to the need of individuals and families in our community with Love according to the Word of God by providing food, clothing and additional resources.

  • Agency of Second Harvesters Food Bank of Greater New Orleans and Acadiana
  • Host Site for Food for Seniors

Mission Statement

The mission of Love in Action Outreach is to serve and administer to the needs of others with love according to the Word of God; to actively demonstrate God's love through empowerment; by providing food, clothing and other available resources; and to positively impact families, our community, our city and ultimately our state by demonstrating God's love and compassion for those in need.

Monday and Wednesday
Noon until 4pm
Tuesday and Thursday
9am until 1pm

Clothing:
Friday and Saturday 9am until 4pm
